At baobookw.com, we strive to deliver your fashion orders safely and promptly. Please review our shipping terms and delivery details below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment verification. Business days do not include weekends or official holidays.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT+8) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will enter processing on the next business day.

During major sales events or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Methods, Delivery Time & Rates

We offer the following shipping options for international deliveries:

* Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
* Express / Priority Shipping: 7–15 business days ($10.00 USD)

Total Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time (1–3 business days) + Shipping Transit Time.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, or peak seasonal volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to your checkout email address.

Tracking information usually updates within 24 to 48 hours after the shipping label is created. You can track your parcel through our website or the logistics carrier’s official site.

4. Protective Apparel Packaging

All clothing items are carefully packed in protective bags to ensure they arrive clean, dry, and free from damage or stains. Footwear and structured accessories are packed in outer shipping boxes to safeguard original product boxes and shapes during transit.

5. Customs Duties, Taxes & Fees

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country’s customs authority.

baobookw.com is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or clearance taxes incurred. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Accuracy & Lost Shipments

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. baobookw.com is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check your surroundings, parcel lockers, or with household members and neighbors. If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist you with an inquiry with the carrier.
